ShowCaller's cast management system gives you complete control over everyone on your stage. From presenters to speakers, from performers to panelists - everyone gets exactly the information they need.

What is a Cast Member?

A cast member is someone who actively participates in the show and is visible in the Rundown. This can include:

  • 🎀 Presenters and hosts
  • 🎭 Performers and artists

Tip: Cast members are different from crew members. Crew works behind the scenes, cast is on stage.

Where do you find Cast Management?

  1. Open a show
  2. Click the gear icon (βš™οΈ) in the top right
  3. Go to the "Cast" tab

Here you can add cast members, edit them, and generate Magic Links.
