🎤 Audio Indicator in the Cue List
Besides the detailed Audio Patch Plan, you also see an audio indicator in the regular cue list. Useful for the ShowCaller to quickly check the status.
Where to find the indicator?
In the cue list, for cues with audio assignments:
- Look at the Audio column (if visible)
- Or at the microphone icon with a number
Color meaning
| Color | Meaning | |-------|----------| | 🟢 Green | All microphones are retrieved - ready! | | 🟠 Orange | Some microphones retrieved, others not yet | | 🔴 Red | No microphones retrieved or there is a conflict |

Click on the audio indicator to see a popup with:
- List of people with microphones in this cue
- Which device each person has
- Whether the device has been retrieved
For the ShowCaller
The audio indicator gives the ShowCaller a quick check:
- Green for all upcoming cues? → Audio is ready
- Red or orange? → Check with the sound engineer
