Do you work with regular speakers or artists? Add them as a Cast Member.

Add

Go to Show Settings -> Cast. Upload a photo and give them a name and color.

Use in the Rundown

In the script field or in notes, you can now type: @Name.
A pop-up will appear and you can select the person. Their name (and photo) will now appear clearly in the rundown, so everyone knows who it is about.
