Configuring Technical Cues

Specify exactly which microphones, video inputs, and lighting setups are needed for each item.

The Gear Icon: Detailed Settings

Each rundown item has more depth than you see in the table. Click the gear icon (Settings icon) to open the Cue Configuration panel.

What can you configure here?

    1. People: Who is on stage? Assign microphones (Handheld 1, Lapel 2) to specific people.
    2. Visuals: Which source is being used? (e.g., Main Laptop, Backup Laptop, Media Server).
    3. Lighting: Choose a mood (Spot, Blackout, Ambient Light) and even a color code (Mood Color).
    4. Notes: Extra instructions for your operators.
