Managing Your Script

The Rundown Editor is the heart of ShowCaller. This is where you build the show line by line.

Adding Items

Click the "+" button or use the keyboard shortcuts to add a new line. At a minimum, fill in the Title and the Duration. The start times are calculated automatically.

Changing Order (Drag & Drop)

Want to move the opening speech? Grab the item by the six dots (left side) and drag it to the new position. All times automatically recalculate.

Categories

Give each item a color code by choosing a type:

• Speech (Gray/White)
• Video (Blue)
• Pause (Red)
• Panel (Purple)
