📊 Microphone Status Overview

On the right side of the Audio Patch Plan, you'll see a real-time overview of all your audio devices.

Status types

🟢 In use

1. The device has been checked out by someone
2. Shows the name of the user (e.g., "@Presentation - Marco Bakker")
3. Shows the cue where the device is active
4. Green pulsating indicator

🔵 Available

1. The device is planned for this show
2. Not yet checked out or already returned
3. Ready to be assigned

⚫ Not planned

1. The device is not assigned in this show
2. Is in your inventory but is not being used
3. Can be manually assigned

Information per device

Each device card shows:

1. Device name - E.g., "Handheld 4"
2. Type icon - 🎤 Handheld, 🎧 Headset, 📻 Lapel, 👂 IEM
3. Color code - If set, a colored dot
4. Status - In use / Available / Not planned
5. User - If "In use": who has the device

Filtering and searching

The list shows all devices from your organization. Devices that are used in the current show are at the top.

Real-time updates

The overview updates automatically when:

1. A device is checked out or returned
2. The show goes to the next cue
3. Another user makes a change
