Microphone Pickup and Drop-off

The Audio Patch Plan functions as an interactive checklist. Check off when devices are picked up or dropped off.
Check off Pickup
In the "BEFORE CUE" or "CUE" section:
- Find the person and the device
- Click the checkbox next to "pickup"
- The status changes to "picked up" (green)
- The Microphone Status on the right updates automatically
Check off Drop-off
In the "AFTER CUE" section:
- Find the person and the device
- Click the checkbox next to "drop-off"
- The status changes to "dropped off" (amber)
- The device becomes "Available" again in the status column
Automatic connections
- You can only drop off if the device has been picked up first
- With "keeps" status (device stays with person), checking off is optional
- All changes are synchronized in realtime - other users see it immediately
Status badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ☐ pickup | Device has not yet been picked up |
| ✓ picked up | Device has been picked up (green) |
| ↻ keeps | Device stays with person from previous cue |
| ☐ drop-off | Device needs to be dropped off |
| ✓ dropped off | Device has been dropped off (amber) |
| ⚠️ still with someone | Conflict - device has not been dropped off |
Cue status indicator
The left column of each cue shows:
- ✓ - All devices picked up (ready to start)
- 0/2 - 0 of 2 devices picked up
- 1/2 - 1 of 2 devices picked up
