Microphone Pickup and Drop-off

Track in real time which microphones have been picked up and dropped off. Check off in the Audio Patch Plan.

✅ Microphone Pickup and Drop-off

The Audio Patch Plan functions as an interactive checklist. Check off when devices are picked up or dropped off.

Check off Pickup

In the "BEFORE CUE" or "CUE" section:

  1. Find the person and the device
  2. Click the checkbox next to "pickup"
  3. The status changes to "picked up" (green)
  4. The Microphone Status on the right updates automatically

Check off Drop-off

In the "AFTER CUE" section:

  1. Find the person and the device
  2. Click the checkbox next to "drop-off"
  3. The status changes to "dropped off" (amber)
  4. The device becomes "Available" again in the status column

Automatic connections

    1. You can only drop off if the device has been picked up first
    2. With "keeps" status (device stays with person), checking off is optional
    3. All changes are synchronized in realtime - other users see it immediately

Status badges

| Badge | Meaning | | ------------- | ------------------------------------------- | | ☐ pickup | Device has not yet been picked up | | ✓ picked up | Device has been picked up (green) | | ↻ keeps | Device stays with person from previous cue | | ☐ drop-off | Device needs to be dropped off | | ✓ dropped off | Device has been dropped off (amber) | | ⚠️ still with someone | Conflict - device has not been dropped off |

Cue status indicator

The left column of each cue shows:

    1. ✓ - All devices picked up (ready to start)
    2. 0/2 - 0 of 2 devices picked up
    3. 1/2 - 1 of 2 devices picked up
